Kharkiv (Ukaraina), or Kharkov (Lusia), also is the second largest city in Ukraine (after Kyiv, ae a). 3/4 century ago it lost its status of the capital of Ukraine (Soviet Ukraine), but it is educational capital of Ukraine.
